DC Yoga Week

Whether you're a treadmill fan looking to switch up your workout routine or already a devoted yoga practicer in search of a new studio, this week is your chance to explore the yoga offerings in DC. Studios across the city are opening their doors with free or reduced-price classes all week long (through May 9), culminating in an outdoor yoga session on the National Mall on Saturday at 2 p.m. Take advantage of the opportunity -- practicing yoga can improve your muscle tone, increase flexibility, improve posture and even help you relax and concentrate.

Find studios and class times online at www.dcyogaweek.com.
